TELMEX Announces Succession in Position of Chief Financial Officer.

 

Mexico City, July 13, 2011. Teléfonos de México, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: TELMEX; NYSE: TMX; NASDAQ: TFONY, LATIBEX: XTMXL) informs that at its Board of Directors Meeting held today, it was announced that Adolfo Cerezo, Chief Financial Officer will retire after more than 33 years at TELMEX.

The Board also accepted the Chief Executive Officer’s appointment of Carlos Robles as Chief Financial Officer starting August 15, 2011. Carlos Robles joined TELMEX in 2005 and has been Assistant Director of Budget and Financial Planning.
